The placement board has announced that any time from Monday 26th, 2020 all form four leavers students will know the institutions they have been placed. This is after they have been waiting for long since they applied for their dream courses.
This is after they had been given enough time to apply for the institutions or revise for the institutions. For now parents should be prepared to enroll their students to universities as only one month of grace period at home is remaining.
Once the placement will be out they are required to apply for helb loan for those who wish to do so, its not compulsory. By now the students should be having National Identity card (ID) as its one of the requirements to apply for HELB loan.
For those who already have (ID) they can start the HELB application process by creating a bank account and register for KRA .
The results reflected on the KUCCPS website are the results of the 2020/2021 Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS}. The Results are NOW available and can be viewed online through KUCCPS student portal. Kindly check the procedure below on how to check your placement results online. Some candidate’s results may be exempted from the results published on the KUCCPS website because of technical reasons. The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service reserve the right to change any of the information published on its website.

How to check Placement Results Online
Follow the steps below to know if you have been placed by the KUCCPS placement service:
Step 1: Log into KUCCPS students portal
Log into the KUCCPS Students Portal: https://students.kuccps.net
You will require the following details to log successfully into the portal:
– KCSE Index Number: Full KCSE index number, usually 11 digits long
– KCSE Year: Year you sat for KCSE, eg 2020
– Password: Your birth certificate number or full KCPE index number.
– Press Enter or Login after keying in your correct details
Step 2: Check Course and Institution Placed
Immediately after being logged in, you will see a message congratulation message indicating the course and the institution you have been successfully placed in.
If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset your password by engaging the “Forgot Login Password” Here you type your KCSE 11ndex Number and your exam year and the password token will be sent to the email address you registered with. NOTE: A device with active SIM and ability to send SMS will be required to perform this task.
