The vaccination deadline is set on 23rd on August 2021. This deadline comes after seven days from today.
” All those who have not been vaccinated must take this advantage of the ongoing vaccination drive to acquire the jab ahead of August 23, 2021deadline issued by the head of public service Dr. Joseph Kinyua to all civil servants ,” DR. Nancy Macharia said.
The ministry of education had indicated that teachers who would not have been innoculated by the set deadline will be dealt with disciplinary action.

Despite the fact that teachers were prioritised as frontline workers among other professions as police, health workers and military officers, stiil the number of teachers who have been vaccinated is not impressive.
