How to Download payslips for tsc employed and intern teachers

Access to online payslips for teachers employed by tsc – permanent and intern has been made easy to them. Here are  few easy steps on how a first timer and those with problems in accessing their slips online can be able to follow.

To access the T-pay, you first need to have installed a browser like chrome or mozilla Firefox. Chrome is mostly used due to maximum security features.

1.On your chrome browser enter the URL- www.tpay.tsc.go.ke and click search. After loading you will land to a tpay page as shown below.

2.In the username section key in your Tsc number e.g. 890432 and your password as mmmm and click on login

3.After clicking on the login you will be redirected to the teacher’s tpay dashboard that contains  information , like personal details, employment details, latest payslips, latest p9, my transactions,..

4. On the top left corner of the dashboard click on the three horizontal bars that will lead you to a page  below

5. From the tpay menu system click on view  payslip(s). The following page will open up,choose the year you wish to get the payslip and the month. Your payslip will be displayed and ready to be downloaded.
