KNEC Contracted Professionals To receive their Allowances this Date >>

Having worked for a full month in a very strenuous exercise to ensure that the deadline that was set has been met, the teachers (examiners) who invigilated, supervised and marked the KCPE have the reasons to smile while going to the bank after the Kenya National Examination Council paid their allowances.

The KCSE marking exercises can be termed by examiners as the worst year because of the pressure that the cabinet secretary of Education piled on them. Teachers were to start and finish marking within ten days.

Even though this was met, many have questioned the accuracy and efficiency of the exercise.

2020 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination and Kenya Certificate of Primary Examination examiners invigilators and supervisors are grateful to the examination body for the payments even though there were delays.

“Finally we can eat the fruits of our hard labor even though it is little”, one examiner has confessed.

The next group who will receive payments are the secondary schools invigilators, supervisors and examiners.
