Parents Storm God Bondo Secondary school Demanding Transfer Of Principal

Parents of students in God Bondo Secondary School in Rangwe, Homa Bay county flooded the school premises demanding the immediate transfer of the principal.

According to the sources, the parents accused the principal of poor performance in the past KCSE examinations.

Reportedly the school had scored a mean grade of E in the past national exams something which angered the parents.

The poor performance of the school has led to some parents transferring their children to other schools that performed better.

Currently, the school has only 15 students among them are 2 form 2s and no form one had joined the school.

The parents have demanded the TSC and Ministry of Education to transfer the principal immediately.

This is not the first incident to occur as similar incidents have been recorded in some parts of the country.

However, as much as the principal should guide the school to perform well the weight is on the hard work of the students who sit for the exam and not the principal.
