School Principal arrested for setting his baby On Fire

Police in Baringo district have arrested a high school principal who allegedly set fire to his five-month-old baby and seriously injured him.
Paul Kipsang, Principal of Katokon Secondary School in Tiaty, reportedly burned the baby in his house in the Ngaratuko area under mysterious circumstances.
According to Baringo North Regional Police Commander Fredrick Odinga, the suspect was in hiding and was arrested on Monday night, five days after committing the heinous act.
The baby was admitted to Baringo County Referral Hospital where he succumbed to burns on his face and body parts.
The girl’s mother told police that her husband had issued death threats to the family, especially when he returned home.
The suspect was being held at the Loruk police station pending his appearance in court
