This is a high school for girls living in Nairobi, Kenya. The school was started in 1910 and was renamed Kenya European School as it was designed exclusively for European students. The boys were separated from the girls in 1931 which is why the school was renamed ‘The European Girls Secondary School’. It was renamed Kenya High School in 1939. It later moved to its current 100-acre [100 ha] property at Kileleshwa Hill in 1946, being a Government initiative.

The school is known for excelling at home and national examinations. At the 2017 KCSE, the school came in 4th nationally with 68.24 points. In 2018, she had her 2nd As (10) exam number behind Alliance Girls High School.
